Kristin serves as executive director of Civic Health Project, and concurrently as director of AllSides' online civil discourse and dialogue initiatives including America Talks and AllSides Connect. Kristin also serves as a year-round lecturer in Management at Stanford's Graduate School of Business, co-teaching a recurring quarterly course in Strategic Communications.

Prior to pivoting into democracy reform work, Kristin served as chief marketing officer of Bright Computing and Micromuse. She also held senior marketing, operations, and M&A roles at IBM and Intel Corporation. Kristin received an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, and an MA in International Policy and BA in Political Science from Stanford University.
